Remove your publication

Storyteld credits and links to every source and never republishes full articles — but if you’d prefer not to appear in our catalogue at all, we’ll remove you. Here’s exactly how.

How it works

We honour opt-outs permanently. Once a publication is on our opt-out list we stop polling its feeds, remove its existing stories and summaries from Storyteld, and never re-add it.

The steps

1. Email us at publishers@storyteld.com from an address at your publication’s domain (this helps us verify the request quickly).
2. Tell us who you are: the publication name, its website/domain, and your name and role.
3. List the feeds or domains you want removed — your RSS feed URL(s) and/or the website domain.
4. Confirm you’re authorised to make the request on behalf of the publication. If you email from a non-domain address, we may ask for simple verification.

What happens next

1. We acknowledge your request, usually within two business days.
2. We add your publication to our permanent opt-out list.
3. We stop ingesting your feeds and remove existing Storyteld stories sourced from you.
4. We confirm in writing once removal is complete.
