A massive fire has destroyed a sandal factory in Tangerang, Indonesia, after it spread to a gas storage area, according to Al Jazeera.

A five-storey building collapsed on Odili Road in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, resulting in one death and many individuals trapped inside. Rescue operations are currently underway to save those trapped, according to Punch.

Hundreds of traders and occupants along the Alaba Rago corridor in Lagos have been issued a 72-hour ultimatum to vacate the area prior to a significant enforcement operation, according to Tori.ng.

The Lagos State Government has closed the Oshodi Resettlement Market following an incident where officials of the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps (LAGESC) were attacked during an enforcement operation.
