Kenya's collective investment sector is approaching the Sh1 trillion milestone, according to data from the Capital Markets Authority (CMA). Assets Under Management across Collective Investment Schemes grew by 11% to Sh948.7 billion in the quarter ending June 30, 2026, up from Sh851.7 billion the previous quarter. The regulator attributed the growth to increased inflows from individual and institutional investors into unit trust schemes, stronger performance by established funds, and new product launches under existing umbrella structures.
