Jovan Revelian, a Form Three student at Bishop Bikira Secondary School in Nyakato, Kagera, has died by suicide in his dormitory using a bed sheet. According to local police commander Blasius Chatanda, Jovan took this action due to stress from being required to stay at school after failing his exams. He was among students retained to help those with lower scores improve their performance.
