Small and medium-sized businesses in Uganda are being urged to maintain proper tax records as the Kampala Capital City Authority and Uganda Revenue Authority step up enforcement against tax non-compliance. According to NTV Uganda, the call was made by Robert Nowere, KCCA's Director of Revenue Collections, at the closing of a five-day training programme at the Business Development Centre, aimed at helping SMEs meet their tax obligations.
