African Languages Lab, an AI research company, has launched its Mansa AI platform, which now supports 30 African languages in production, according to TechCabal. The company has spent years building datasets for underrepresented African languages and says it plans to expand the platform to cover 1,000 languages across the continent, aiming to make AI tools accessible to speakers of languages largely excluded from mainstream technology.
