The Lagos State Government has closed the Oshodi Resettlement Market following an incident where officials of the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps (LAGESC) were attacked during an enforcement operation. The closure was announced by the Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources, Mr. Tokunbo Wahab, according to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
