The Niger Delta Development Commission has flagged off reconstruction work on a 15.4-kilometre failed stretch of the Benin-Sapele section of the East-West Road at Amukpe. The Zamfara State Government in Nigeria has begun digitising its general hospitals as part of an overhaul of healthcare delivery, according to Vanguard.
