Torrential rain has caused flash floods and landslides in Arunachal Pradesh, a northeastern state of India, according to Al Jazeera.

Umar Mohammed, the Director General of the Nigeria Hydrological Services Agency (NiHSA), stated that the recent severe floods in Lagos State and other areas were anticipated. He warned that more heavy rains and floodwaters are expected to continue for up to 12 weeks.
