Rais wa Namibia, Dkt. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, anatarajiwa kuwasili nchini Tanzania tarehe 19 Juni 2026 kwa ziara ya kitaifa, ambayo ni ya pili tangu aingie madarakani mwaka 2024. Katika ziara hiyo, atafanya mazungumzo na Rais Samia Suluhu Hassan kuhusu ushirikiano wa pande mbili na masuala ya kikanda na kimataifa. Aidha, atatembelea eneo la Magomeni Mwembechai jijini Dar es Salaam, ambapo aliishi miaka ya 1980.

Waziri wa Fedha wa Tanzania, Mhe. Balozi Khamis Mussa Omar, amewasili Banjul, Gambia, kwa ajili ya kushiriki Mkutano wa African Caucus wa 2026, unaotarajiwa kuanza tarehe 6 Julai 2026. Mkutano huu utawaleta pamoja viongozi wa Afrika, watunga sera, wataalamu wa fedha, washirika wa maendeleo, na wawakilishi wa taasisi za kimataifa. Mhe. Omar alipokelewa na Balozi Selestine Kakele wa Tanzania nchini Gambia.

Tanzania and Russia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance cooperation in the tourism sector, aiming to strengthen relations and increase opportunities for tourism, trade, and investment. This agreement coincides with the launch of direct flights by Air Tanzania (ATCL) connecting Moscow with mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar, facilitating travel for tourists and businesspeople between the two markets. The inaugural flight was attended by Tanzania's Minister for Natural Resources and Tourism, Dr. Ashatu Kijaji.

Vodacom Tanzania received two awards at the 50th Sabasaba Exhibition, including third place overall and second place for sponsorship, recognizing its significant contribution as a key partner in the event. The opening ceremony took place on July 3, 2026, at the Mwalimu Julius Nyerere grounds in Dar es Salaam, attended by President Samia Suluhu Hassan and the guest of honor, President of Mozambique, Daniel Chapo.
