Governor Uba Sani has launched an erosion control project that will affect residents in the Rigasa to Tudun Wada wards of Igabi and Kaduna South local governments. As part of the initiative, he distributed cheques totaling approximately N2 billion to 1,000 individuals whose homes will be impacted by the project.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has initiated the reconstruction of the Dikwa-Ngala and Bama-Banki roads in Borno State, emphasizing its commitment to rebuilding infrastructure in the North-East. The Federal Government of Nigeria has initiated the rehabilitation of key roads in Borno State, specifically the Bama-Banki Road and Dikwa-Gamboru-Ngala, to enhance trade corridors. According to Shettima, these road projects are expected to stimulate commerce and aid in the post-insurgency recovery of the northeastern region.

Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State commissioned the National Agricultural Land Development Authority (NALDA) Vegetables Market in Kwadom, Yamaltu-Deba Local Government Area. The market features 160 shops built by NALDA and aims to serve as a significant hub for agricultural trade. Additionally, plans for a mega farm project in the state were unveiled during the event.

Ahmadu Bello University’s internal roads project, which is funded by Kaduna State, has exceeded expectations and is noted as the largest infrastructure intervention at the university in 40 years, according to the Vice Chancellor.
