President William Samoei Ruto has commissioned the 132kV Sultan Hamud-Loitoktok Transmission Line at the Loitoktok Substation, in a government effort to strengthen electricity supply in Kajiado and Makueni counties. The new high-voltage line is expected to enhance transmission capacity and support more stable electricity access for residents and businesses in the two counties.
