A political conflict is emerging in Uganda as two Members of Parliament, Linos Ngompek and Denis, plan to introduce a Private Member’s Bill aimed at amending the Administration of Parliament Act. This move is backed by the PLU and targets the position of the Leader of the Opposition (LOP), indicating a significant shift in the political landscape.
