The Zamfara State Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE) project has begun a five-day digital skills training programme for 140 teachers drawn from 70 schools across the state. According to Daily Trust, the training aims to strengthen teachers' capacity to use digital technology in classroom instruction and to improve learning outcomes. State Ministry of Education officials were involved in the exercise, which forms part of the AGILE project's broader education empowerment efforts.

National Sports Commission Director-General Bukola Olopade has expressed confidence that Lagos is fully prepared to host the inaugural National Intermediate Games, known as EKO 2026. According to Olopade, the event will showcase the depth of Nigeria's emerging sporting talent. This initiative aims to reposition DBI as a leading center in these areas, according to Vanguard.
