According to the latest TCRA report, Tanzania's telecom subscriptions reached 111.9 million in the first quarter of 2026, with significant growth in mobile, internet, and mobile money services. 5G population coverage increased to 32.83%, while internet data traffic rose by 15.3% to 932 petabytes. According to the announcement made in Dar es Salaam, the collaboration will work with university-based entrepreneurship support organisations across Tanzania, aiming to reach more than 1,000 entrepreneurs and help over 40 businesses grow and expand. The partnership will focus on building the capacity of these support institutions nationwide.
