Entebbe UPPC FC is nearing the completion of a two-year contract for midfielder Sharif Ssengendo, who is transferring from KCCA FC. Entebbe UPPC FC is in advanced negotiations to sign offensive midfielder Ibrahim Mugulusi from BUL FC, whose contract expired last month. Mugulusi is seeking a new challenge after spending six years with BUL FC, having previously joined from Busoga United in 2020.
