Kyambogo University has addressed and dismissed rumors about its closure, stating that operations are continuing normally. Vice Chancellor Prof. Eli Katunguka Rwakishaya confirmed that the reports of closure are "absolutely untrue" and reassured students, parents, and the public. The university has also announced reporting dates for August.
