Chris Obore Ariko, Parliament’s director of communications and public affairs, is accused of using the National Identification Cards and driving permits of drivers in Bukedea district without their consent to account for over Shs 675 million in public funds. This allegation was made in a petition submitted to the Inspector General of Government on July 2, 2026.
