The Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) in the Coast Region has exceeded its revenue collection targets for ten consecutive years, with total collections increasing nearly tenfold over the past decade. During a stakeholders’ meeting in Kibaha Municipality, TRA’s Coast Regional Manager, Mr. Peter Eliona, reported that the region collected 27 billion Tanzanian shillings this year.
