Comrade Sikiru Bayo Titilola-Sodo, the former Special Adviser on Labour Matters to Oyo State governor Seyi Makinde, has called on Nigerians to demand accountability from local government administrations regarding their use of statutory allocations. He revealed that local councils have been receiving their allocations directly into their accounts since January 2026.
