Opposition leaders Karua and Matiang'i have called for the arrest and resignation of Principal Secretary Fikirini following the fatal shooting of youth mobiliser Cecil Ouma, which occurred inside a vehicle associated with Fikirini. They are demanding that he step aside while police investigations are ongoing.
