Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Football Club has successfully signed forward Charles Lwanga, who was previously a free agent from Sports Club Villa. Lwanga was initially set to join Kitara but KCCA intensified their efforts to secure his signature before the agreement was finalized with Kitara.

On Wednesday, Hajat Sharifah Buzeki, the Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA), visited Brig Gen Henry Isoke, the Head of State House Anti Corruption Unit (SHA-CU). She was accompanied by KCCA Directors including Eng Justus Akankwasa from Engineering & Technical Services and Vincent Atenyi Byendamira from Physical Planning.
