The Muslim Public Affairs Centre (MPAC) has criticized the Court of Appeal in Ibadan for overturning a previous ruling that affirmed the right of female Muslim students to wear hijab. This decision, made by a three-member panel, was announced on Friday and nullifies the earlier judgement from May 22, 2024, which had supported the students' religious rights.
