During a management meeting with staff at the College of Computing and Information Sciences (CoCIS), Makerere University Vice Chancellor Prof. Barnabas Nawangwe emphasized the college's potential to significantly increase its PhD output. He expressed concern that the college is not fully utilizing its capacity to train doctoral researchers and challenged the staff to improve their performance in this area.
