The Standard Chartered Foundation, in collaboration with the Enterprise Development Centre and Village Capital, has announced the top 11 finalists for the Women in Tech Accelerator Nigeria, Cycle 7. This initiative aims to support and empower women entrepreneurs in the technology sector, fostering innovation and growth in the industry.

The Government of Uganda has obtained €110.5 million (approximately Shs481 billion) from Standard Chartered Bank Uganda to finance the upgrading of the 115.8-kilometre Kitgum-Kidepo road, which is considered a strategic infrastructure project.
