The Tharaka Nithi County Security Committee has instructed schools to rectify safety and infrastructural deficiencies identified in a recent assessment of boarding facilities. County Commissioner David Gitonga announced this directive following a security meeting at Kathituni Primary School in Chuka, which was convened in response to recent incidents affecting school safety.
