Geseënde Hande is providing daily meals to 500 to 600 individuals in Danville, Pretoria, using 15kg of rice per meal. The organization is responding to increased hunger and the need for blankets as winter intensifies the challenges faced by the most vulnerable populations in the area.

Cryptocurrency company Binance has pledged $250,000 to aid in the containment of the ongoing Ebola outbreak in Uganda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). The funds will be distributed equally between the Uganda Red Cross Society and Doctors Without Borders (MSF) to support emergency response efforts in the affected regions.
