Kiambu Governor Kimani Wamatangi has asserted that the demolition of his businesses in January was politically motivated, aimed at pressuring him to support certain interests and misuse county resources. Speaking in Thika during the launch of solar-powered streetlights and upgraded hospital wards, he emphasized his commitment to development projects and stated he would not succumb to political intimidation or blackmail.
