David Kafulila, the Director of the Public-Private Partnership Centre, stated that the government is progressing with the development of a partnership with the private sector for the construction of the Tunduma–Igawa–Mbeya road. This initiative is expected to enhance transportation infrastructure and improve economic efficiency.

A new high-capacity fiber corridor connecting Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and South Africa has been activated, marking the first phase of the project. This initiative is a result of a public-private partnership aimed at enhancing telecommunications infrastructure in the region.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has officially handed over the Akanu Ibiam International Airport in Enugu to Aero Alliance Limited, following a public-private partnership agreement. The handover included the execution of certificates and relevant documentation, allowing Aero Alliance to finance, rehabilitate, expand, operate, and manage the airport.
