The Federal High Court in Gombe has postponed the lawsuit regarding the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election for the Gombe South Senatorial District to July 22, 2026. On this date, both parties will present their final written addresses before a judgment is made. The case is presided over by Justice Amina Aliyu Mohammed, following a suit filed by Hon. Bilyaminu.
