Tanzania Breweries Public Limited Company (TBL Plc) held its 53rd Annual General Meeting at the Julius Nyerere International Convention Centre in Dar es Salaam, with some shareholders participating online. The meeting provided shareholders the opportunity to review the company's performance for the year 2025, approve key governance matters, and discuss the company's direction with the Board of Directors and management. Shareholders also approved the minutes from the 52nd Annual General Meeting and the Directors' Report.

Shareholders of Neimeth International Pharmaceuticals Plc have approved the Board of Directors' plans to raise additional capital aimed at accelerating the company's expansion and completing its pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Amawbia, Anambra State. This decision was made during the company's 67th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was held virtually, where shareholders unanimously approved all resolutions proposed by the board.
