The Lagos State Government has initiated efforts to enhance the planning and delivery of social protection programs by Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) to better assist the most vulnerable residents. This initiative aims to ensure that aid effectively reaches those in need.

The Akwa Ibom State Government has expressed appreciation to President Bola Tinubu for the Federal Government's Renewed Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) debit card policy, which has benefited 3,725 vulnerable residents across the state's 31 local government areas. This initiative aims to provide financial support to impoverished households, as highlighted during the debit card distribution event in Etinan Local Government Area.

The Lagos State Government has pledged to continue its support for vulnerable residents, including widows and small business owners, as part of its social protection policy. This commitment aims to enhance the welfare of these groups within the community.
