The Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA) has outlined long-term strategies to improve education quality, research, innovation, ICT use and infrastructure as part of implementing the National Vision 2050 and government plans to develop human resources. According to TIA Chief Executive Prof. William Amos Pallangyo, speaking to journalists in Dodoma on September 7, 2026, the measures also cover the institute's activities for the 2025/26 financial year.

Tanzania's Universal Communications Service Access Fund (UCSAF) and the Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation (TBC) have signed a performance agreement, according to Michuzi Blog. UCSAF Chief Executive Mulembwa Munaku and TBC Director General Asha Dachi signed the deal on September 7, 2026, at TBC's Mikocheni offices in Dar es Salaam during a visit by the UCSAF chief. The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation and operational relations between the two institutions and establish a framework for joint activities benefiting both organisations and the public.

Tanzanian President Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan is expected to inaugurate government ministry offices, public institutions and 57.1 kilometres of tarmac roads in the Government City of Mtumba in Dodoma. According to Minister of State Professor Palamagamba Kabudi, speaking to journalists in Dodoma on 6 September 2026, the launch is scheduled for Tuesday, 8 September, at the Mashujaa grounds within the city.
