Tanzania and Russia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance cooperation in the tourism sector, aiming to strengthen relations and increase opportunities for tourism, trade, and investment. This agreement coincides with the launch of direct flights by Air Tanzania (ATCL) connecting Moscow with mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar, facilitating travel for tourists and businesspeople between the two markets. The inaugural flight was attended by Tanzania's Minister for Natural Resources and Tourism, Dr. Ashatu Kijaji.

The National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) and the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance institutional digital systems and provide technical advisory support. The agreement, finalized at NASENI's headquarters in Idu, Abuja, aims to strengthen collaboration between the two agencies.

Rafael Grossi, the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), announced that inspections in Iran will proceed as outlined in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). He stated that the MoU explicitly confirms the agency's role in supervising these inspections, following a recent agreement with Tehran.
