The Nigerian Navy has discovered a hidden illegal fuel storage site in Rivers State, recovering around 11,800 litres of suspected illegally refined Automotive Gas Oil (AGO), commonly referred to as diesel. This operation is part of the Navy's ongoing efforts under Operation Delta Sentinel, aimed at combating illegal fuel activities in the region.

An Imo community has partnered with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) and the Nigerian Navy to address drug abuse among students. The initiative focuses on raising awareness about the dangers of drug use and promoting healthy lifestyles among the youth.
