The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court in Abuja has ordered MultiChoice Nigeria Limited, the operator of DStv, to pay N3 million in damages and costs for breaching its contractual obligations by disrupting live services. The court found the company liable for shortchanging a consumer, leading to the financial penalty.
