#rescue operation

The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) announced that rescue operations are actively underway to recover children abducted in Oyo State, Nigeria, stating that significant progress is being made in the efforts.

A delegation of Israeli and Belgian ex-hostages from the 1976 hijacking incident has returned to Uganda nearly 50 years after their historic rescue operation. The visit included a tour of the old site related to the event.
