KCCA FC has announced the signing of experienced defender Maxwell Owachgiu, marking him as the club's third signing. He has joined the 13-time Uganda Premier League champions on a two-year contract. KCCA FC has successfully secured the signing of Charles Lwanga, who returns to the club after leaving for SC Villa in July 2023. Lwanga joins KCCA as a free agent following the expiration of his contract with SC Villa.

Defender Hassan Muhamud has signed a one-year contract extension with KCCA FC, ensuring his stay at the club for at least another season. The announcement was made by the club on Friday, following the expiration of his previous contract at the end of last season.

Entebbe UPPC FC is nearing the completion of a two-year contract for midfielder Sharif Ssengendo, who is transferring from KCCA FC. After joining KCCA FC in 2024, Ssengendo struggled to secure playing time, leading to his decision to leave the club with one year remaining on his contract. He is set to reunite with coach Abdallah Mubiru at Entebbe UPPC FC.
