The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Rwanda’s Capital Markets Authority (CMA) to enhance cooperation and promote the integration of African capital markets. During the signing ceremony in Abuja, SEC Director-General Dr. Emomotimi Agama emphasized the importance of increased collaboration among African markets.
